Simple Italian Wedding Soup

- Chicken Broth or Beef Broth
- Ground nutmeg
- Some kind of bowl
- Pan
- Salt
- Eggs

1.) Pour the broth into the pan and put it on the stove in medium heat.

Wow! Doesn't that look soooooooo good? As Emeril Lagasse says, it is a "Kind of an Italian version of egg drop soup"(4). WHO DOESN'T LIKE EGG DROP SOUP!? This soup is filled with flavor and can be a very filling meals as it includes the savory chicken with the smooth texture of the cheese. According to Lagasse, this is a simple but savoring and craving soup (6). Man, it has been a study journey with you guys. Till next time guys, till next time...

What kind of soup would you prefer to eat on a daily basis?

Some Gnarly Appetizers Pt. 2

This appetizer is so gnarly, it doesn't even need an intro!

Shrimp Tapas

Ingredients (Depends on amount you want):
- Olive oil
- Sliced Onions
- Minced Garlic
- Shrimp
- Spanish Paprika
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Pan

1.) Put the olive oil on the pan and put it on medium-high heat.

2.) Once the olive oil is hot, put in the onions and garlic. Cook for around 4 minutes.

3.) Add the shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes. Stir occasionally.

5.) Then, add the paprika and salt and lemon juice.

6.) Enjoy!

Those shrimps were AMAZING. It was one of the most simplest things to make and I didn't even spend much time in the kitchen. AT ALL! According to Emeril Lagasse, it is "So simple and tasty!" (6). These shrimp tasted EXACTLY like Takis but with a seafood texture. It is an amazing combination of chorzino and shrimp and it is a great appetizer for an event(6). I guarantee to you that this is probably one of the best seafood you're going to ever have!

What has been your long time favorite appetizer?

Some Gnarly Appetizers Pt.1

Yea... IT'S ABOUT THAT STUSSY TIME! It is time to learn another really nice recipe with me. Now here's the scenario, you want some fried chicken but you are too lazy to go to KFC. You then get depressed and really sad because you can't eat chicken. Then you just decide to go to KFC but realize that the nearest one is 45 minutes away. WHY ARE YOU WASTING 45 MINUTES ON FRIED CHICKEN?! I understand errands or family emergencies but FRIED CHICKEN?! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I have a better chicken recipe here, Sautéed Chicken With Sauce.

This chicken is probably one of the best chicken I have ever had in my life. The nice golden texture and the crispy taste of fried chicken without that nasty oil is amazing. And sauce just tops it off perfectly with a nice, creamy texture on it to make you have a filled stomach while only spending 20 minutes TOTAL. As Emeril Lagasse says, it's "'Plate-lickin' good'"(81)

Sautéed Chicken With Sauce

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast (Can choose desired amount but plan accordingly on the other ingredients)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Sprinkled Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Any type of sauce (Ketchup, Sriracha, etc.)
- Pan

1.) Sprinkle the chicken on both sides with the salt and black pepper

2.) Put the olive oil in the pan and put it on top of the stove. Put it on medium-high heat.

3.) After the oil gets heated, put the chicken on the pan and cook for around 4 minutes on each side.

4.) Then, mix the sauce and heavy cream in a bowl to make the sauce for the chicken.

5.) Then place the chicken on a plate and pour the sauce over the chicken. Enjoy!

This chicken recipe is probably now one of my favorite foods now. I don't have to go all the way to Ezell's or KFC to get fried chicken. Instead, I can get a better chicken that is actually more healthy than the fried chicken at those fast food places. According to Emeril Lagasse, green salad is very good with this along with the chicken being fresh off the stove (81). This is the best chicken ever!

Do you think KFC can beat this chicken?

The best and quickest sandwich to make!

I'M BACK. And you know what that means! I don't know what that means... but anyways, NEW SCENARIO; Imagine yourself in the weekend savoring for something good, something with meat on it, something with bread on it, something with cheese on it. If you're thinking pizza, you are WRONG. Do you know how long it takes to make a good quality pizza? LIKE ONE HOUR! You could do so much in one hour, AND YOU WANT TO WASTE IT ON MAKING PIZZA!? No, I'm talking about making a sandwich.

I may not be a good cook, but making and eating this sandwich sure makes me feel like one. I have learned so much from this cook book, but the thing that really surprised me was the amount of time it took to make. This sandwich is called the "Pressed Roast Turkey, Pesto, and Provolone Sandwiches". This sandwich has the juicy flavor of the chicken or turkey (your choice), cheese and all "Sandwiched with an herbaceous pesto"(39). The best thing about this meal is that it only takes 20 minutes total!

Pressed Roast Turkey, Pesto, and Provolone Sandwiches

Ingredients-This is for 2 sandwiches:
- 4 slices of bread
- 3 teaspoons of basil pesto
- Olive oil
- Either handful of turkey slices or handful of chicken pieces
- Any kind of cheese
- Pan
- Chopping board
- Tong
- Cooking brush

1.) Lay out the bread on a good surface

2.) On only 2 slices, put 1.5 teaspoons of the basil pesto on one slice and the rest on the other

3.) Sprinkle the cheese or top the cheese on all 4 slices of bread

4.) Put chicken or turkey on the same side as the pesto and sprinkle more cheese on top of those pieces.

5.) Combine each slice with one another

6.) Using the brush, dip it into olive oil and brush all the outer layers of each sandwich

7.) Get the pan and put it on top of the stove and turn it on to medium heat (no oil!)

8.) After a little heated, use the tong and put the sandwiches in the pan

9.) After 5 minutes, use the tong to flip the sides

10.) After 5 more minutes take out the sandwiches and let them cool. After a minute or so... enjoy!

I may have cooked this for an extra minute or two, but yours will look more stussier than this!
This is now going to be one of my favorite sandwiches now and according to Emeril, he says that the "Best bread for these sandwiches are ciabatta bread"(39). He says that it is much better with that because it brings in a more Italian taste but in my opinion, it is good with any bread! Emeril also says that Tomato Soup with this sandwich makes it more of a stronger meal (39). I really do like this sandwich because it brings in so much flavor and the time is also very limited in the kitchen!

Is making things more quickly mean that it is better quality?

How to Make the Best Desserts in 20 minutes or less!

As you finish that last bite of your dinner, you start craving for something. What is that thing? Vegetables? Meat? Fruits? NO! Everyone starts craving for something sweet, something like a...what is it again?...OH YEAH! IT'S A DESSERT! But OH NO, you're worried that this dessert will take forever to make! Is there any solution!?

For me, I have always wanted a good dessert to eat after finishing dinner but I know that making a good dessert dish will take at least an hour to make but now I have found 2 DELICIOUS dessert recipes that can get you in and out of the kitchen in 15 minutes!

Vanilla Parfaits

This is a dessert dish where you can even be a little creative too while making this. You don't have to put in the EXACT ingredients I put in this recipe (Lagasse, 98). You can probably add some fruit or even ice cream or nut of your choice. The main point is that this dish is VERY tasty and makes me just keep wanting to eat it. And the best thing is that you hardly spend 10 minutes in the kitchen making this!

Ingredients needed:
-1/2 cup of chocolate chip cookie crumbs
-2 tablespoons of crushed nuts
-2 table spoons of Vanilla ice cream
-1 1/2 teaspoons of chocolate sundae syrup

Directions:

1.) Take the ice cream and put it on a cup or bowl

2.) Take the cookie crumbs and spread it around the ice cream

3.) Take 1 tablespoon of syrup and sprinkle it around the ice cream

4.) Take the crushed nuts and also sprinkle it around the ice cream. Then, finish it off with 1/2 tablespoons of the syrup remaining.

5.) Enjoy!

Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are probably going to be "the easiest and best-tasting peanut butter cookies you will ever make" (Lagasse, 102). And Emeril Lagasse isn't lying when he says this. These cookies are the easiest cookies to make. No complications, no hassle, and it just takes 20 minutes to make in total! The chewy texture of these cookies are what makes these stand out in front of all the other cookies. And best of all, there is no flour!

Ingredients and Materials Needed:
-1 cup of creamy peanut butter
-3/4 cup of granulated sugar
-1/2 cup of chocolate chips
-2 eggs (brown or white)
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-A large bowl to stir the dough
-A baking pan to bake the cookies
-Cooking spray
-Oven
-Latex Gloves

Directions:

1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2.) Beat the eggs and put it in the bowl, then combine all the other ingredients into the bowl

3.) Stir by either using a wooden spoon or and electronic mixer

THERE'S MY STÜSSY SELF

4.) After the dough is smooth, grab the latex gloves, put them on, and pick up chunks of the dough and roll them into balls and put it on the baking pan. Aim for putting 24.

5.) When the oven is ready, put the cookies in the oven. Put it in for around 10 minutes

6.) After finished baking, take the cookies out and let them cool for about 5 minutes.

7.) After the cookies cool down, remove them by a spatula and serve or store! Enjoy!

So after I showed you these recipes, I just want to ask you one question. What are you going to eat for dessert tonight?
