Milk Chocolate Fondue




For my final blog i decided to make a desert. the prep time is 15 minutes, and start to finish is 15 minutes. in this recipe it makes 8 servings (1/4 cup fondue and 6 dippers each) 



Ingredients:
1. 2/3 cup half- and-half   2. 12 oz milk chocolate or 2 cups of chocolate chips 

3. dippers( pound cake cubes, strawberries, pineapple chunks, apple slices, marshmallows


Directions:

1. In heavy 2 quart saucepan, heat half-and-half and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish 

2. Spear dippers with fondue forks; dip into fondue. ( If fondue becomes too thick, stir in a small amount of half-and-half)
