Yea... IT'S ABOUT THAT STUSSY TIME! It is time to learn another really nice recipe with me. Now here's the scenario, you want some fried chicken but you are too lazy to go to KFC. You then get depressed and really sad because you can't eat chicken. Then you just decide to go to KFC but realize that the nearest one is 45 minutes away. WHY ARE YOU WASTING 45 MINUTES ON FRIED CHICKEN?! I understand errands or family emergencies but FRIED CHICKEN?! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I have a better chicken recipe here, Sautéed Chicken With Sauce.
This chicken is probably one of the best chicken I have ever had in my life. The nice golden texture and the crispy taste of fried chicken without that nasty oil is amazing. And sauce just tops it off perfectly with a nice, creamy texture on it to make you have a filled stomach while only spending 20 minutes TOTAL. As Emeril Lagasse says, it's "'Plate-lickin' good'"(81)
Sautéed Chicken With Sauce
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast (Can choose desired amount but plan accordingly on the other ingredients)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Sprinkled Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Any type of sauce (Ketchup, Sriracha, etc.)
- Pan
1.) Sprinkle the chicken on both sides with the salt and black pepper
2.) Put the olive oil in the pan and put it on top of the stove. Put it on medium-high heat.
3.) After the oil gets heated, put the chicken on the pan and cook for around 4 minutes on each side.
4.) Then, mix the sauce and heavy cream in a bowl to make the sauce for the chicken.
5.) Then place the chicken on a plate and pour the sauce over the chicken. Enjoy!
This chicken recipe is probably now one of my favorite foods now. I don't have to go all the way to Ezell's or KFC to get fried chicken. Instead, I can get a better chicken that is actually more healthy than the fried chicken at those fast food places. According to Emeril Lagasse, green salad is very good with this along with the chicken being fresh off the stove (81). This is the best chicken ever!
Do you think KFC can beat this chicken?
